In addition, she starred in"The Remake "Will & Grace,"" produced by James Burrows, one of the most talented sitcom directors. She also appeared in a film in 2020. Anne Heche and Thomas Jane starred in Peter Facinelli's suspenseful film "The Vanished" that focused on American psychological issues. The film was a huge hit with viewers on Netflix and has received praise from the critics as well as the audience. Aleksei also serves as Director of Production for two independent film projects, due to be released in 2021. She also wrote and directed "Aleksei," a semi-autobiographical half-hour dark comedy. Many major entertainment corporations have expressed interest in purchasing the film. She is a social activist who is a supporter of causes that have the power to change the planet. Aleksei created her community outreach program in which she provides healthcare for mental illness free of charge to those suffering from suicide.
